@kdfrawg Oh nice! I just heard about a new recipe. Waffle with Norwegian brown cheese ( Mesost), sour cream and cloudberry jam.

@tellingtales It must be quite a "chock" when you have been living in warmer climates.
I feel it the first days when I go North, but since I do it several times every year, I think I kind of keep my inner thermostat and adapt quickly.
That said, I'm not as indifferent to cold as I was when I was younger. But I do miss the snow down here. If it's gonna be winter, it can be snow, otherwise it's better with long "autumn".
I am really concerned by the rapid change in the arctic. :(

@kdfrawg It was in a three bed compartment. And we were only two. And I requested the top bunk, so I can stretch out directly without having to bother my fellow travellers. The two lower ones needs to be "unfolded" before you can use them.
